1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your loveph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. loveph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your loveph account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. loveph reserves the right to request proof of source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting loveph customer support is a breach of these Terms. loveph reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unauthorized chargeback.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by loveph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the loveph platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of loveph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the loveph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the loveph platform without the prior written consent of loveph. Unauthorized use of loveph intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

loveph's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your loveph account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
